This policy describes how the Resilient Health website handles information. It does not replace the privacy policies of external services you choose to use.

Information you give us

Our general contact form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred coach, and message. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through the general contact form.

Metabolic health assessment

The metabolic health assessment is hosted on an external service at mymetabolicscan.com. When you use that assessment, you leave this website. The assessment may ask for health, habit, goal, and contact information. That information is handled by the assessment service and its operators under their own terms and privacy practices.

Forms and hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process form submissions and technical request information as part of providing hosting, security, and form services.

YouTube and social media

The site may display links and thumbnails from YouTube and link to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices. We currently use video cards that link to YouTube rather than autoplaying embedded videos.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not intentionally add third-party advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. Hosting providers and external services may still process technical data necessary to provide their services.

How we use contact information

We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, communicate about coaching, and provide information you requested. We do not sell information submitted through our website contact form.
