Our own story

Ryan and Angela’s results and reported health changes are their personal experiences. Ryan’s starting weight is an estimate because obtaining an accurate wheelchair-accessible weight was difficult at the time. Angela’s journey includes more than one period of progress and regain; the site does not present separate chapters as one uninterrupted transformation.
